推(tuī)力球軸承采用(yòng)高速運轉時可(kě)承受推力載荷(hé)的設計,由帶有(you)球滾動的滾道(dào)溝的墊圈狀套(tào)圈構成。由于套(tào)圈為座💞墊形✨,因(yīn)此,推力球軸承(cheng)被分為平底座(zuò)墊型和調心球(qiú)面座⛷️墊型兩💋種(zhǒng)類型。另外,這種(zhǒng)軸承可承受軸(zhou)向載荷,但不能(néng)承受徑向載荷(hé)。該類軸承隻适(shì)用于承受一面(mian)軸向負荷、轉速(su)較低的機件🐇上(shang),例如起重機吊(diao)鈎、立式水泵立(lì)式離心機、千斤(jīn)頂、低速減速器(qì)等。軸承的軸圈(quān)、座圈和滾動體(tǐ)是分離的,可以(yi)分别裝拆。
Thrust ball bearings are designed to withstand thrust loads at high speeds, consisting of gasket rings with ball rolling raceway grooves. Because the ring is cushion, therefore, thrust ball bearing is divided into two types: flat bottom cushion type and center adjusting spherical cushion type. Besides, the bearing can bear axial load, but it can't bear radial load. This kind of bearing is only suitable for the parts with one axial load and low speed, such as crane hoisting hook, vertical pump vertical centrifuge, Jack, low speed reducer and so on. Bearing rings, seat rings and rolling bodies are separated, and they can be assembled and disassembled separately.
